If you want to communicate with HMRC via email or if you are happy for HMRC to communicate with you via email, you will need to agree to the following:
that you understand and accept the risks of using email,
that you are content for financial information to be sent by email,
that attachments can be used,
that you/your client(s) understand and accept the risks,
that you have ensured that your junk mail filters are not set to reject and/or automatically delete HMRC emails.
